The HST is coming Ontario... 

What does this mean to us? It means that you and I will be paying MORE for the items that we need to conduct our everyday lives. MORE for fuel, MORE for home heating, MORE for electricity MORE, MORE, MORE!!

ALL of this coming from our Premier who promised no new taxes and who has let his ministers spend our money wrecklessly and squandered billions of our tax dollars. This website has been in the past strictly devoted to the preservation of fair fuel prices and it now adding the HST boondoggle to our mandate. We are recommending that ALL Ontarians e-mail their local MPP and voice their concerns regarding the 'Dalton Sales Tax' (click here to message the Premier)

Gas Prices

 According to gas price watcher and Liberal MP Dan McTeague we are being gouged by as much as 13 cents across Canada. Many Canadians are outraged and rightfully so. We have sent many e-mails to our Government and the Competition Bureau and each and every time we have been stonewalled and handed lame excuses as to why fuel prices are as high as they are. We deserve the truth and we deserve action from these toothless Canadian institutions. 

We are proposing that our Government make necessary changes to the Canadian Competition Act especially changing provisions on predatory pricing and price fixing. We are also calling on the Government to reinstate the Office of Petroleum Pricing and the creation of a weekly petroleum status report to allow for more transparent accounting in regards to fuel prices in Canada.

C'mon Canada let's make a united stand and finally get some justice. We have been working dilegently with Liberal MP Dan McTeague and are asking each visitor to our site to visit www.mcteague.ca and print off a copy of our petition. The more signatures that we acquire the louder our voice will be in the House of Commons.
